By utilizing multiple nodes, the architecture distributes workloads across several servers, minimizing downtime, improving performance, and providing fault tolerance. This setup enhances reliability and ensures continuous service availability for users.
Our EFTS Fawateer System Dashboard
The EFTS Fawateer System dashboard offers an intuitive interface for monitoring and managing payment transactions in real-time. Key features include:
- Transaction Overview: Displays total number of transactions, success rates, pending payments, and failed transactions.
- Real-Time Data: Visual graphs and charts that show live transaction data, providing instant insights into system activity.
- Status Monitoring: Tracks the status of each payment node and identifies potential disruptions, ensuring continuous uptime.
- User Activity: Provides details on the number of active users, their transaction history, and trends.

Advanced Search, Filter, and Export to Excel
The dashboard features an Advanced Search tool for quickly finding transactions by parameters like date, type, and status. Custom Filters allow users to narrow results based on specific criteria. Once data is displayed, users can easily Export to Excel for further analysis or reporting. This makes data management more efficient and accessible.

The system includes Admin Alerts via SMS, notifying administrators of critical events such as failed transactions, system errors, or security breaches.
